Can’t find License Key Activation

Hi, I have purchased an xr500 and I need some phone support. It says it comes with 90 days free. I have registered the product but still dont have a key to unlock the phone support. I have been getting the run around all morning over this and it’s driving me nuts so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I would really like to activate my 90 days technical support and speak to someone who has English as a first language so nothing is lost in translation. Just one 15 minute phone call with someone who is not ready from a script with broken english is all I need. I have created an account, registered my router and there is a green tick next to phone support. When I try and activate it I’m asked for a license key. How and where do I get this key. Thanks
