Can Any Mods/Admins Update Me On My RMA Progress?

Question

Hey!&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there anyone here that can update me on my RMA as I haven't heard anything back since I sent off my router for a replacement. I'm not going to list my RMA or Ticket number just yet because I'm unsure if it's safe to so on here rather than in a personal message.&nbsp;I'm don't understand what this is telling me so far, if anyone can explain the status of my return please do so.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks! :)
