can not register my Netgear Nighthawk RX500

Hello,

 

I bought the Netgear Nighthawk RX500 new in the online store of coolblue.nl and wanted to register it to my account.

But is says it's already registered to another account, but I have the receit and bought it new sealed in box online.

 

Can someone help me with this?
