2 routers on the same network with both running in router mode causes issues. Its called a double nat. You can put one of the devices in AP (access point) mode.

What firmware is on your router?
What modem is it connected to?
It worked fine until just recently?
What speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you get directly connected to the modem? and to the router?

The disconnections may be related to the servers being way more busy than usual due to people isolating. You could do that if you wish to just use the Geo-Filter feature as long as you solved the double NAT with DMZ. You wouldn't be able to utilize QoS properly as not all devices would be connected to the router. Depending on your speeds this may not be as necessary anyway.
