Cannot access XR700 login on PC, or iPad or iPhone other than Firefox on iPad and iPhone

All url in PC browser give same result, of 'Unable to Connect'.
Could you attach a screenshot of this so we can see whats happening exactly please?
Cannot ping 192.168.0.1 from PC. Simple. Browser cannot see 192.168.0.1. Simple. Will send screen shot tonight but wont help. Typed a random address into work PC to get same message:
- When connected to the router via ethernet can you open a command prompt and then type ipconfig and then press enter and post a screenshot of the results here please?
