I'm not sure what the default mode the config is set to but you'll need to adjust it to TUN then connect and it should work. It's a Netgear feature so if that doesn't work it may be best to create a ticket with them directly.

Not sure what you mean? Can you please elaborate?
- The config you download for the phone, open it in a text editor like Notepad then it should say TUN or TAP at the top, make the change if needed, save then use that saved config
