Cannot connect XR1000-100CNS Router to Bell Home Hub 4000
I just bought an XR1000 Wi-Fi 6 router and have been trying to connect it to my Bell Home Hub 4000 via a cable that came with the XR1000. The internet would not connect and the "internet" light stays...

If you haven't already you need to access the XR interface and go through the setup wizard to get internet

Thanks. Yeah, I did all that it still shows as no internet on the app.I tried all the different connection options on the app and still cannot get it to work. They are both WiFi 6 units so should be compatible.

What all did you do?

I went into HH4000, added the MAC of the DMZ. I have since then rebooted the HH4000 modem as well as the XR1000 router and still not working. Please let me know if any additional information that would be helpful.
