cannot transfer device ownership - no service response
I've try to transfer ownership of my device, however I don't revceive any answer from support. I wroted email (as popup sugested on 11-06-2020 and still no answer, I also tryed to create support using get support button - but again - no answer at all.
Does Netgear support still exists?

still no contact /response ... any idea when support will come back? does netgear have plan to keep support for devices as there's no contact from them?
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerI'd recommend PMing them directly as they may not notice they've been tagged. I can't answer that as I'm not part of Netgear support and only provide support for Netduma/DumaOS issues while doing my best to support those who have other issues as well.
