cannot transfer device ownership - no service response

I've try to transfer ownership of my device, however I don't revceive any answer from support. I wroted email (as popup sugested on 11-06-2020 and still no answer, I also tryed to create support using get support button - but again - no answer at all.

Does Netgear support still exists?

      still no contact /response ... any idea when support will come back? does netgear have plan to keep support for devices as there's no contact from them?

        I'd recommend PMing them directly as they may not notice they've been tagged. I can't answer that as I'm not part of Netgear support and only provide support for Netduma/DumaOS issues while doing my best to support those who have other issues as well.
