cannt unregister XR1000

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I am trying to un-register my XR-1000 as I have sold it and when I select the option to unregister it, I get an error message of "This product cannot be unregistered because it has active services or contracts"&nbsp;There are no active services or contracts as everything has expired. When I try to get support I am given the option to basically post here in the forums?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello,&nbsp;That's what I tried already and it doesn't even let me open a ticket because the support has run out for this router.
