cant access on DumaOS on any browser, netgear nighthawk XR1000

nighthawk mobile app downloaded, Just got my XR1000 but I cant access the DUMAOS software on any browser, It just stuck on a 2 security question, answered both question after press continue it just put me same questions. nothing happens.

    Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface, then use the default credentials to access admin / password

    Be sure to clear out all browser caches and try a different browser, MS Edge or Firefox.
