If it's been blacklisted then it sounds like Nintendo has banned the switch entirely from going online, in which case that's not something we can help with. Can you connect to the WiFi on your ISP router? If that doesn't work it's not the XR at fault and at that point I'd recommend taking it to a friends or somewhere you can use WiFi and see if it works. If it doesn't then it's the Switch itself and you may need to follow some other troubleshooting steps online or figure out whether it is banned e.g. did you buy it second hand, did you use illegitimate software on it etc.

So I am able to connect to wifi (router), but not fully connect to internet. I’ll start with that the switch is only 3 months old, bought from target in store. I used to have a spectrum modem and router and it would connect without any problems. Then got the Netgear modem (cm2000) and router (xr1000) and the switch stopped working. I am able to take it to my Dads, brothers, other brothers and connected to wifi with no problems.

Do you have Armor enabled on the XR? Try disabling QoS fully from the Congestion Control 3 line option menu and see if that allows you to connect. Have you added the Switch to the Geo-Filter?- mikez0rSep 16, 2021Tutor
I jusst turned off QoS and tried to connect and still get the same error message on the Nintendo Switch. (i uploaded a picture.)
Armor is not enabled, and The nintendo switch is not added to Geo-Filtering.

That's interesting, what firmware version are you currently running on the XR1000?
