Ordered this Nighthawk xr500 on eBay and instantly ran into trouble. When I started the router, it asked for user and password I put in the default. admin for user and "password" for password. Didnt w...
Try a different pc/browser. Also make sure any password managers are disabled.
I'd also make sure its all lower case and there isn't any spaces
