Can't register Nighthawk XR500
Can someone please help.
I can't register my Nighthawk XR500 as it has been registered before.

Not sure what you should do here - is this because you've purchased it second hand? Perhaps try contacting NETGEAR's official support:
Is this Netgear community forum not monitored by netgear support aswell?
I posted it here because i read a similar issue where the clients dad passed away and then the support member asked him his serial number and sorted it out like that.
Yes, i bought it from a company that liquidated and they had it registered at their shop. And i can't get hold of them.
You'll need to contact NG phone support as they will handle this over the phone. It's not handled in the forum.
