Can't watch videos after XR500 firmware upgrade
Every time I try to update my firmware past version 2.3.2.56 I can no longer play videos on my network storage (connected directly to my router via USB) on my Xbox One. This has happened since 2.3.2....

Sorry for taking so long to respond, Family time getting ahead of things. My xbox is using a wired connection to connect to the router. I've just got a WD mypassport drive that I use for my NAS (via USB directly to the router). I reupgraded to the latest firmware, and tried disabling the QoS anti buffer bloat as suggested. Same issue as every other time past firmware v.56. Message on the Xbox, Can't play. Please try again. If the problem continues, visit www.xbox.com/support to check for guidance. 0xc00d11cd (0x80004003). But as soon as I downgrade the firmware back to v.56, goes right back to working perfectly. Thank you for your response.

Could you try the very latest beta firmware please and let us know if you have the same issue? https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/New-Firmware-v2-3-2-120-XR500/td-p/2071196/ would recommend you factory reset after for a clean installation

Just wanted to reply to you. I was hesitant to upgrade to a beta firmware, but l installed it, didn't have to reset the router, and I was able to go right to my videos and start watching them (as soon as the media server 'found' them like whenever I do anything with it *Not a complaint! it's just gotta rescan all the files is all*) So it, at least at the moment, appears like upgrading to .120 resolved the issue. Thank you for your assistance!
