company does not provide

I bought a Progaming xr500, my Xbox nat is closed, the internet router company does not provide settings in the router's DMZ. 

i;m facing this issue.

Anybody help me

    What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Also set NAT to open in WAN settings on the XR.
