Just to clarify QoS was disabled directly from the Anti-Bufferbloat menu? I'm assuming you have nothing entered in block sites/services in Settings? These devices haven't been added to the Geo-Filter? While not specifically related, disable SIP ALG and uncheck Disable IGMP Proxying in WAN Settings. Do you use PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6?

Correct, disabled anti buffer in QoS setting but had no affect either way.
Current setting to 80%. We do a lot of streaming and don't really have any noticeable effect on gaming
No devices in geo-filter.
Not using vlan, ppoe, or ipv6.
Just changed the wan setting to disable SIP ALG and unchecked disable IGMP Proxying.
- Netduma-FraserMar 09, 2020NetDuma PartnerNo difference after changing the WAN Settings? Could you try setting up a guest WiFi network and see if when connected to that it works please?
- m00shueMar 10, 2020Aspirant
No difference with any of the changes.
We do have a guest wifi set up. Same result as both 2.4 and 5ghz connections as well as wired. No connection route lets the vpn client connect. It actually will not even establish a connection at all now.
Jump to a mobile hotspot and it goes right through as well as bypassing router direct to modem.
- Netduma-FraserMar 10, 2020NetDuma PartnerI can't think of anything settings wise that would be causing this, I'd suggest making a ticket directly with NG as they may have encountered this before http://support.netgear.com/
