Correct, disabled anti buffer in QoS setting but had no affect either way.
Current setting to 80%. We do a lot of streaming and don't really have any noticeable effect on gaming
No devices in geo-filter.
Not using vlan, ppoe, or ipv6.
Just changed the wan setting to disable SIP ALG and unchecked disable IGMP Proxying.

No difference after changing the WAN Settings? Could you try setting up a guest WiFi network and see if when connected to that it works please?

No difference with any of the changes.
We do have a guest wifi set up. Same result as both 2.4 and 5ghz connections as well as wired. No connection route lets the vpn client connect. It actually will not even establish a connection at all now.
Jump to a mobile hotspot and it goes right through as well as bypassing router direct to modem.
- Netduma-FraserMar 10, 2020NetDuma PartnerI can't think of anything settings wise that would be causing this, I'd suggest making a ticket directly with NG as they may have encountered this before http://support.netgear.com/

Kind of thought I was contacting support right here.
The router was purchased at the end of 2018 after paying for support on a previous router was unable to solve the intermittet connection issues of all devices preventing us from working efficiently.
We purchased this new router in hopes I could manipulate traffic a bit more to give us priority over gaming and streaming devices. Now less than 2 years later, cannot even establish a VPN connection. An incredibly common feature that should not be broken in any networking device.
Contemplating just buying a nice Cisco ASA and call it a decade. Rock solid!
Surely someone from netgear reads these forums and is able to provide some type of support for existing customers without having to cough up yet more money.
