Hi there - this is very unusual. What mode is your Anti-Bufferbloat set to when these drops occur?

 

What is your total bandwidth? How much are you reducing the sliders to?

      What's your physical setup, modem > XR500 > switch etc? Do you use PPPoE or VLAN?

        Cable Modem to Router. One PC plugged into router. Everything else is wireless.

         

        No PPPoE or VLAN.
