I can’t get my 5ghz on my laptop but my laptop has no Ethernet cable ports
Is the laptop 5ghz capable?
What wireless chip is in it?
If your laptop isn't compatible with 5GHz then you won't be able to benefit from it. If you have a relatively good phone then you should be able to connect to 5GHz to confirm it is working.
