I am trying to connect a Arlo Bridge for my camera system. The bridge is showing up in my device manager with the mac address, but for some reason the bridge is never getting internet signal. It says it's connected to wifi just not getting internet. I have tried turning off my firewalls and doing everything I can on Arlo's side of troubleshooting so Im wondering if Im missing something with the router. I can't find anywhere that allows adding a Mac address besides for LAN. Nor can I find anything with regards to MAC address filtering?

- Please try making a guest WiFi network and connecting it to that and see if it works properly. There is no MAC filtering so that won't be the cause.
- Tried with guest network and had the same issue.
- In the device manager does it get an IP address or does it just get a MAC address?
