Deny Server not working Netgear xr500
Hi all
I have been trying to sort the geo filter out for a couple of hours before gaming.
I have set my geo location around EU but the problem im facing is when i launch the game it automatically picks a server in USA even though i have my geo filter on Strict.
Even then when i try to select server in order to deny it from being accessed it does not let me deny it as only allow is clickabke and not the deny button as the Deny button. What I need help in understanding is why the geo filter will not allow me to deny the bad servers.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What browser are you using? Happens in other browsers?
Be sure to clear all browser caches prior to entering the routers web page.
Do you have filtering mode enabled? Are you based in the US but are trying to play in Europe? If so, that'll likely result in some very high ping games and an all round bad experience.
