XR500 V2.3.2.40 - shows the latest firmware.
After a soft reboot (through the mobile app) it seems to have corrected the online/offline mix of devices and they are now showing usage on the monitor so it looks like it's all working correctly after a soft reboot.

No, it does not show them online when they are clearly consuming data. Must be a firmware bug.

Please upgrade to it if you have not already.
And could you list out some/all of the devices that refuse to appear online?

I have to reboot my router everytime I want the xbox to show in the device manager.
