Disconnected from Router after New Firmware and then RAP Not Loading after Reset?

How did you do the factory reset exactly? The device not found message indicates a factory reset needs to be done but in your case it doesn't seem to be clearing.
Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it pages load better then.
