Does anyone know the live chat / phone number for support?
Hi everyone ,
Im having problems getting an internet connection through my new router (XR500), I’ve spoken to my internet provider in Singapore (singtel) with no luck and net gear says there is 90days free live chat or phone support and yet whenever I click on the link to get support, it just sends me in circles and tells me to contact the community (huh?)
Does anyone know an easier way or a direct link to get live chat/phone support ?
Any help appreciated !

You get the free 90 days once you've registered your device, have you done this?
On to the issue: Did you successfully get to the end of the setup wizard? If not you won't be able to get internet until you've completed this. If you have an still unable to gain a connection you may need to enter PPPoE details into the router, do you know if you need this?
