What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Does the Power and internet LED on the top show AMBER or WHITE?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
The power LED at the top is yellow.
The Internet LED does not glow in any color.
Does not go to factory settings, after resetting the problem is the same.
