Dos attacks in log
I've been getting a bunch of Dos attacks from the monitoring log, but I look up the IP on who.is and all of them are legitimate companies like DoD Network Information Center Apple Amazon Palo Al...
- It's too sensitive so it's a misreading, if you had a real attack your internet connectivity would very likely be impacted
and the other ones come from charter communications and I have spectrum internet
- No you don't need to be worried, they'll just be connections you've made at some point to different services etc
Why do they come up as Dos attacks? (like Fraggle attacks) and how do I know when the dos attack is real?
