- Are you accessing via routerlogin.net or the LAN IP? If the former try the LAN IP and see if you get the same issue.
its the same on both wont let me log on, goes to netgear showing how to clear cache

Connect 1 wired PC to the back of the XR router. Use FireFox or Opera browser and input 192.168.1.1 into the browser. Can you walk thru the setup wizard here and complete the setup? Be sure to write down all important information seen in the setup wizard.
