DumaOS not loading on XR1000

My DumaOS is not loading at all when trying to load 192.168.1.1 it’s just the red screen with a spinning white loading icon. How can I fix this? It’s driving my crazy I just reset my router I updated it and everything.

    Thanks for posting.

     

    After updating the firmware and resetting, could you please either clear your browser's cache or try accessing the interface from an incognito window?

     

    See if the interface is then able to load.

     

    If it isn't, could you please power off the XR for a few minutes, then power it on again and see if you're then able to load the DumaOS interface properly.
