Hi - how are you factory resetting? Make sure you're doing a full reset, not just a router reboot: https://kb.netgear.com/000053098/How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-router
Also make sure you clear your cache as that could be causing the problem (press Ctrl + F5 when on the Device Manager)
