Error message

Why does my XR1000 gives me this error message when I am trying to activate/configure a setting? Thank you in advance.

Error: The operation is taking longer than expected. Please briefly wait before using this Rapp. Another error I am receiving is "Waiting for a JASON response".

    Wait 1 minute then refresh the page and it should have worked, also clear your browser cache/cookies and it should get rid of the JSON error.
