Error: Missing JSON response
I am trying to logon to my router to check on the configureation after getting a new internet modem and I am receiving an error message: "no JSON response." I click ok, but the page goes no further....

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using? Try Firefox or Opera.
Be sure to clear out all browser caches.
Try a power OFF of the ISP modem and XR router for 1 minute then back ON.

Could you provide a screenshot of the message you're seeing please? Also disable QoS fully from the Anti-Bufferbloat menu to see whether that resolves the VOIP issue.
