Unless your ISP does require a specific CPE for supporting VoIP/telephony and IPTV on IGMP Multicast et all - and they allow the deployment of random routers with Gigabit Ethernet WAN (or even some SFP/SFP+ modules for fiber on the XS700 when I have it right and it can be configured similar to it's R9000 brother) ... yes, feasible.
Provide more information on your ISP, the Internet connection in place, and the services like VoIP and IPTV.

- I've yet to hear of an ISP it doesn't work with so most likely yes as it works with the vast majority.
