Is there still a firmware update for the nighthawk 500 to fix lan issues?
Can you describe the issue you're referring to exactly?
We're working on the next XR500 firmware currently. There were some disruptive bugs that have blocked it's release but we've resolved those now so we've been able to continue testing it and found a few more things we'd like to fix before it's release. We're making steady and consistent progress so it shouldn't be too long before we can give it out.
