Thank you so much for all the help! There was a confusion on my end which has been resolved by simply disabling "Instant On" on the Xbox One :)

Thank you again for the tremendous support I've received from this community. You guys are amazing and super patient. I think this community needs more visibility.
I purchased a Netgear product because I know Netgear makes the highest-quality networking products but if I had known about the amazing community built here, I would've been a die-hard Netgear fan ages ago.
