Geo filter: anyway to lock it “only dedicated servers” console

That's a nice idea, the challenge we have is that classifying dedicated servers vs peers is quite tricky as games are often chopping and changing who they use to provide dedicated servers. So it's possible that some of the 'peer' hosts you are seeing might actually be servers. If you're playing BO4 (which I'm taking a guess that you are), then the easiest way to check is actually within the game itself. Go to the Network Settings section within the game and look for the host ID. If it ends in the letter 'E' then it's a dedicated server.
