Geofilter not working. XR1000 Router

I click the geofilter tab it states, ''This rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute.

Things i have tried,

Upping the tries of app tries to 5, different browser, updating the firmware, hard resets, hard factory resets with firmware updates.

ive tried countless options that were advertised through the forums in the past and im at a loss at what to do now.
