Geofilter

I just got my xr500 and in the Geofilters my game isnt listed? Is there anyway to add my game? Doom2016? Also i notice there something to select Unreal Engine which doom2016 is based off of but no servers still come up?

    Hi there - Doom 2016 uses id Tech 6 game engine so choosing Unreal Engine will not work. But there is a workaround:

     

    Go to Device Manager

    Click on your PC

    Change you device type from a computer to an Xbox

    Go to the Geo-Filter

    Delete your PC from the top panel if it's already in there

    Now add your PC again

     

    Servers etc should now show. However, we have not tested how the game responds to the Geo-Filter, so tread carefully. You may just want to use Spectating Mode initially as this will show server location and ping, before then trying Filtering Mode.
