Guest network not available

Hi Guys
I recently got a netgear nighthawk and wanted to use it for streaming to my TV for my mobile device. I’ve spent Hours on the net trying to get it sorted and finally figured out I don’t have the guest network option.
Is this normal can I use this for streaming to my chromecast or has the guy and the shop sold me the wrong device?
