Had xr500 router many years and forgot my password. How do I reset?

I had this router when I was in college. I graduated five years ago and would like to use it again but I have forgotten my password. It appears that it is using the same network name but the password I can’t recall. I have tried using the hard reset but it does not ever reset the name and the password on the bottom does not work. How can I reset it all to new settings?

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface. It should then prompt you to go through the wizard when you access the interface, default credentials will be admin / password until you change them in the wizard
