HELP needed please - Nighthawk XR500 Router

That is most likely because it is in modem mode feeding internet to the XR. If you connect to the XR via ethernet or WiFi what speeds do you get? Gaming doesn't require high speeds - usually uses less than 1Mbps so plenty for that.
Just popped the ethernet cable in from the Modem to the XR500 into a different port. The light on the TV box has now turned orange and error code has disappeared. Sound familiar?
Also, just done a wifi speet text to Router from mobile and it was 207.18
From laptop (wifi) was just 22.96

- I don't have the TV box so I'm not sure what that connects to exactly, I presume it can be connected to the XR.
Only one thing should be connected to the hub - one of the LAN ports there to the internet (yellow port) on the XR. Then everything else should be connected via cable or WiFi to the XR.
What are the speeds you pay for? Believe it or not I pay for the top package for 500mpbs. Certainly not getting that. The VM customer service is shocking
