That's quite a high base ping, but I'm happy you are having a better time on the Mexican server. I've seen that before on FIFA - I know a famous FIFA player (Krasi) prefers the Dutch server over the German server as it's smoother for him.
I would try different locations then, do you know if there are some kind of guide/link for the basic setup of the dumaos for PS4? Because I can’t find anything like that
