help please
Hello all,
I am needing help my router stopped working and I finally got it to factory reset. I hooked it up to my pc and followed the genie instructions. After I was done it said it was ready to use except I still have no internet access. When I boot up the app it asks me to login which I do but the thing never loads in. Any information would be great. Thanks

Have you been able to connect to the router using routerlogin.net from your computer?
