Help! Xbox not connecting to friends party
I cannot connect to my friends party with my Netgear XR500. I have my Xbox on energy Saving mode and my router is updated. Netgear needs to fix this! Anyone have any suggestions?
Nothing pops op on the map because I can't even connect to them. All I see is the blank geo filter.
The XR500 would have to be connected to a router/modem, do you know what model it is? The Geo-Filter is disabled that's fine which is why it is blank, just meant the Xbox error so thanks for that. Can you put the Xbox IP address in the XR500 DMZ in WAN Settings please and see if that resolves it.

- So you have an ethernet cable that just comes out of the wall then, do you have an ONT? Can you try it directly connected to the wall and see if it occurs please.
