It looks like you're using an adblocker. Could you use an incognito/private window of Firefox and see if that works please. Also would suggest using Google Chrome as it is our recommended browser.

- Netduma-FraserAug 24, 2019NetDuma PartnerWhat do you mean exactly? Also have you done a factory reset by holding the button in the back down for 30 seconds then waiting a few minutes and connecting back to the router to complete the setup wizard? Factory reset resolves most issues like this.
