It's frequently renewing LAN IP address for the device. Set a static IP for the device and also set a static WAN IP for the router itself

in the wan setup theres no option for static

Just leave the WAN at Dynamic. Unless your ISP supports giving there customers Static IP addresses, which most don't, leave the router Dynamic DHCP.

when I look at my log files on router it says internet disconected all the time. if you look in the nighthawk gaming router forms .theres other people posting the same issue.

how do i do that,theres other post with the same issue and there saying the new FW is no good. when i down load the old FW i dont no how to install it. when putting it in FW update it says its the wrong file. its a zip file. how do i chose what i want to install on zipfile?
