Do you have a IP address reservation set for the game console? This is recommended.
Is the console wireless or wired to the router?
Beamforming enabled. Disable MIMO. IF you see Fast Roaming or 802.11k, disable this. Maybe found under router IP/debug.htm
What MFr and model# ISP modem is the XR router connected too?
its wired.
- WAN and LAN reservations? If it occurred when upgrading to the new firmware go back to the old firmware and see if the issue occurs again please. Also disable IPv6 in Advanced Settings.
