1. Punctuation is key.
2. This isn't netgear support. This is the community forum where members of the public help others out. You'd need to talk to support.
3. Again, this is the community forum. Maybe we can help out. What exactly is the issue? Be specific (and punctuate) since we aren't there to see it.
4. what modem/gateway are you connected to?
5. What firmware is on the router?
- Andybrenn1989Jun 22, 2020AspirantI have been onto dsl reports and my bufferbloat is threw the roof (high) I seem loads of the same complaints with this router on the same thing I’m complaining about why is my bufferbloat so high when this is supposed to be anti bufferbloat. No matter how much I lower the sliders my bufferbloat is so high like I to the thousands. I watched YouTube on one guy who had the same router and changed to another router with qos and he said his bufferbloat now on the same site is basically nothing and this router was a waste of money. I have tried everything and no better results it’s effecting my gaming online big time and it’s really frustrating me

I’m complaining about why is my bufferbloat so high when this is supposed to be anti bufferbloat.----its a good question. but its tough to answer when you don't provide any useable info. No matter how much I lower the sliders my bufferbloat is so high like I to the thousands. I watched YouTube on one guy who had the same router and changed to another router with qos and he said his bufferbloat now on the same site is basically nothing and this router was a waste of money.----maybe they did have a bad router. But a 1-off experience doesn't mean your situation is the same. I have tried everything and no better results it’s effecting my gaming online big time and it’s really frustrating meWhat modem/gateway are you using?
What firmware is the router on?
Have you plugged directly into the gateway modem and ran your bufferbloat test?
What speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you get?
Are you testing wired or wireless? and if wireless, what band are you connecting to?
Also, instead of starting new threads, its better to start 1 and actually answer the questions.

- Netduma-FraserJun 23, 2020NetDuma PartnerPlease explain the physical setup you're using. Do you actually experience local congestion or just going off what the test says? What is your average ping to the game? What QoS settings are you using?
