High ping
Hello,
I've noticed high ping for some time while using the XR1000 router. I ran tests, and the ping is over 20ms. I connected my old router, and the results are normal, with a ping of around 7ms. I have reset the XR1000, but it didn’t help.
The internet connection speeds are good.
Please help.

- What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
Are ALL devices connected to the XR? How have you setup Congestion Control?The connection setup is simple. I connect the XR1000 router directly to the Nokia ONT G-010G-T. I enter intMac in the Settings/Internet Setup/Vendor Class Identifier String (Option 60) tab. Then, I change the value to 40 in the Settings/Advanced Settings/VLAN/Bridge Setting/VlanID tab. That’s all I need to do for the internet to work.
