how do I setup Netgear XR500 & sky fiber
how do I setup my xr500 to work as my main router instead of skys router do I need wireshark to trick sky to thinking that I'm using there router

There should be an Option 61 in the XR500's settings. According to information I found online, you can just put the following into the Option 61 field and it will work:
randomuser@skydsl|password
It does sound a bit random but according to people on the Sky forums this will work
