How to change the region on the xr1000

I would like instructions on how to change the region on the xr1000 from North America to South America... Could you give me a step by step guide on how to do it?

    I believe I replied to you on the ND forum but I can't actually find anything on what SA allows/doesn't, they may have the information on your government website, in which case if you find that you can compare it with what is allowed for other countries/regions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels and then choose the country/region that is similar to what your country allows.
